Take the leap & join me on the path to a healthier, happier you.

BA(Psych), MACP

You may be carrying a lot, managing the weight of trauma, chronic illness or pain, grief, neurodivergence, or challenges in relationships and intimacy. My role is to help you unpack your past experiences and present concerns and build practical, sustainable strategies that support real change.

I’m a master’s level therapist with advanced training in trauma, neurodivergence, men’s mental health, chronic pain, nutrition, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and shame. I take an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing on modalities like cognitive-behavioural therapy, ACT, DBT, polyvagal and somatic theory, narrative and existential therapy, and positive psychology. Together, we’ll examine the systems that influence your well-being, your nervous system, thought patterns, behaviours, relationships, and even factors like medication, sleep, movement, and nutrition. My goal is to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control of your own life.

While I take my profession seriously, therapy with me is never cold or clinical. Clients often describe me as warm, smart, funny, and deeply compassionate. Expect real conversations, useful tools, plenty of empathy, and probably a few laughs along the way.

I specialize in supporting adults dealing with:

  • Trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD

  • Men’s issues

  • ADHD and autism

  • Chronic pain and illness

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Grief, shame, and guilt

  • Relationship and intimacy issues

  • Aging and life transitions

With personal and professional experience in many of these areas, including my own journey through neurodivergence, chronic illness, cancer, and loss, I bring both clinical insight and lived understanding to my work. This combination allows me to meet you with both professionalism and empathy.

Most clients begin noticing positive shifts within the first few sessions, and meaningful, lasting improvements over the first few months. Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or looking to build long-term resilience and well-being, I’ll meet you where you are and help guide the process forward.
